Party Bus & Charter Bus Rentals in Davie, Florida
Davie sits right in the middle of Broward County, and getting a group across the Turnpike, down University Drive, or out to a stadium or airport without losing half your group to separate cars is exactly the kind of problem a bus solves. Fill out one quick form on this site and compare vehicles and rates from a network of transportation companies serving Davie and all of South Florida — no account required, no callbacks to chase.
Don't Just Book the First Davie Party Bus Rental You See. Compare Them All!
Pembrokepinespartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website, not a bus company. It doesn't own vehicles, doesn't take reservations directly, and doesn't send you a bill — it connects you to a network of independently owned transportation companies serving Davie, Pembroke Pines, and the rest of Broward County so you can compare buses and pricing in one place instead of calling a dozen operators one at a time.
Here's why that's genuinely great news: because no single fleet is involved, the vehicle selection is enormous. Need a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for a wedding party pickup in Weston? A 25-passenger party bus for a bachelorette night ending at Seminole Hard Rock?
A 56-passenger charter bus for a company shuttle from Davie to the Miami Beach Convention Center? All of those options are findable here, with pricing you can see before you commit to anything. Fill out the quick form or call 754-667-4077 any time — quotes are free, no obligation, and the whole process takes about a minute.

What's On Board Davie Buses
Vehicle amenities vary depending on which bus and which company you end up comparing, but across the network you'll find a wide range. Party buses in the 15–50 passenger range typically come with color-changing LED lighting, flat-panel TVs, premium sound systems with Bluetooth connectivity, and wraparound perimeter seating. Minibuses are a strong fit for wedding guest shuttles or corporate hops between Davie and Fort Lauderdale, with climate control and reclining seats.
Full-size charter buses add onboard restrooms and undercarriage luggage bays — the right call when your group has gear, luggage, or a long drive ahead, like a run down to PortMiami or up to Hard Rock Stadium for a big game. Use the quick form to filter by amenity and group size.

Party Bus Prices in Davie
Davie party bus rental prices shift based on the vehicle, the date, the length of your rental, and how far out you book. As a general planning range: a minibus runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekends, a 25-passenger party bus runs approximately $275–$375 per hour on weekends, and a full charter bus comes in around $200–$350 per hour depending on the itinerary. Per-day packages are also available.
Those are planning figures — real pricing moves with demand, especially around Tortuga Music Festival in April, Dolphins home games at Hard Rock Stadium, and prom season from late April through May when Broward County buses book out weeks ahead.
The fastest way to see what your specific trip actually costs: fill out the quick form or call 754-667-4077. Pricing for your date and group size comes back in about a minute. Visit the Pembroke Pines party bus prices page for a fuller breakdown of rate ranges by vehicle type.

Your Shortcut to the Right Davie Party Bus
The traditional way to book a group bus in Davie goes like this: search for companies, call each one during business hours, describe your trip repeatedly, wait for callbacks, and try to compare quotes that never quite line up. Pembrokepinespartybuscompany.com skips all of that. You share your trip details once and immediately see vehicle options and pricing from a network of companies competing for your business — not a single fleet with take-it-or-leave-it rates.
That matters in a market like Broward County, where demand spikes fast. When Tortuga Music Festival hits Fort Lauderdale Beach in April or the Dolphins are home at Hard Rock Stadium on a Sunday, available buses disappear quickly and pricing climbs. Having access to a wider network means more options survive later into the booking window — though booking early still wins on both price and vehicle selection.
No account is needed to get a quote. No obligation to book. The form takes about a minute, and support is available every day of the year at 754-667-4077 for anything the form doesn't cover — multi-vehicle packages, custom itineraries, same-day questions.
Party Bus Services Built for Davie Groups
From airport transfers to wedding shuttles, concert transportation to prom night — whatever puts your group on the road in Davie, there's a bus in the network ready for it. Call 754-667-4077 or use the quick form to get started.

Davie Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) (100 Terminal Dr, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315) is roughly 8 miles northeast of central Davie along I-595 East — close enough that it looks simple on a map, but I-595 approaching the terminal backs up significantly on weekday mornings and during peak travel windows like Thanksgiving week and spring break. The bigger issue for groups: FLL's curbside commercial pickup zones are separated by terminal, so a group arriving on multiple flights from different concourses can scatter across Terminals 1, 2, 3, and 4 before anyone reaches the curb.
The move is to designate one group coordinator who confirms the full party has bags and is assembled at the agreed terminal before the bus moves to the curb. FLL's ground transportation page has current commercial vehicle pickup zone assignments by terminal — check it before your travel date. Miami International Airport (MIA) is roughly 30 miles south but serves a large share of Davie-area travelers; a Davie airport shuttle bus handles either airport.
Call 754-667-4077 to set up your transfer.

Davie Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Davie bachelorette itinerary usually means a night moving between spots — Seminole Hard Rock's casino floor, a dinner reservation, and a late-night club in Fort Lauderdale, maybe with a stop at a local bar in Davie to keep the energy close to home before the group heads out. The challenge is that a Broward County night out rarely stays in one zip code, and calling rideshares for eight or ten people at midnight on a Saturday — from a venue that's already busy — is the worst part of any bachelorette.
A party bus rental from the Davie network keeps the whole group on one vehicle from the first pickup to the last drop-off. No splitting into three rideshares, no one getting separated at the casino, no argument about who's covering the surge pricing at 1 a.m. A Davie bachelorette bus in the 15–25 passenger range fits most groups and comes with LED lighting and a premium sound system built in.
Call 754-667-4077 to see what's available on your date.

Davie Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Davie and the surrounding southwest Broward corridor host a heavy calendar of quinceañera and Sweet 16 celebrations year-round, with reception venues spread across the area — spots like Grand Palms Resort in Pembroke Pines, banquet halls along University Drive, and private estates in Weston and Southwest Ranches. The logistics challenge is moving a celebrating group — often dressed up, often with family members across a wide age range — between a church or ceremony location and the reception venue without the chaos of a parking lot caravan.
A Davie birthday party bus in the 20–40 passenger range handles the whole transfer in one trip, keeps the group together for photos and the pre-party energy, and drops everyone at the reception entrance. For milestone adult birthdays — a Fort Lauderdale restaurant dinner followed by a night out at Seminole Hard Rock — the same logic applies. Call 754-667-4077 to check bus availability and compare vehicle sizes for your headcount.

Davie Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Davie-area concert-goers have two major venues within easy reach, and both create genuine parking headaches for groups. Hard Rock Live Hollywood (1 Seminole Way, Hollywood, FL 33314) is the anchor for national touring acts in South Broward — it seats 7,000 and shares a parking structure with Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. On sold-out nights, the garage fills fast and the walk from overflow lots adds 15–20 minutes each way.
Amerant Bank Arena (One Panther Pkwy, Sunrise, FL 33323) hosts arena-level concerts and sits about 14 miles northwest of Davie on I-595 to Nob Hill Road. Parking there fills from the west lots first, and post-show exit on the Parkway gets backed up for 30–40 minutes on big nights. A Davie concert bus rental gets your group dropped at the entrance rather than circling lots — and the bus is staged and waiting when the show ends instead of making you stand in a rideshare queue.
Call 754-667-4077 to check availability for your show date.

Davie Corporate Event Transportation
Davie has a dense stretch of corporate campuses along I-595, University Drive, and the Davie Road corridor that generates steady shuttle demand — especially for companies moving employees between Davie offices and meetings at the Fort Lauderdale Convention Center (1950 Eisenhower Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316) or Broward County's government complex downtown. The Convention Center's commercial vehicle access comes via SE 17th Street and the Eisenhower Boulevard entrance, and on multi-day convention weeks, parking in the surrounding area runs $25–$35 per car per day.
A Davie corporate charter bus or minibus consolidates your team onto one vehicle, eliminates per-car parking costs, and keeps your group on the same arrival schedule rather than trickling in from scattered garages. For recurring employee shuttle contracts or multi-day conference packages, the support team at 754-667-4077 can put together custom options — call any time, every day of the year.

Davie Private Event Transportation Services
Davie's equestrian character and residential feel make it a natural setting for private events — estate gatherings, family reunions at Topeekeegee Yugnee (TY) Park, outdoor celebrations that pull family and friends from across Broward and Miami-Dade. When your guest list comes from multiple zip codes and your venue doesn't have unlimited parking, a charter bus or minibus running a shuttle loop is much cleaner than asking everyone to find their own way and their own spot.
For large private events that happen to overlap with a Dolphins game at Hard Rock Stadium or a major concert at Amerant Bank Arena, rideshare pricing in South Broward spikes significantly — sometimes to 3–4x normal rates — because demand across the region jumps at the same time. A Davie private event bus rental locks in one flat rate for the night regardless of what surge pricing is doing on other apps. Call 754-667-4077 to discuss shuttle circuit options for your venue and headcount.

Davie Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Broward County high schools — Western High, Nova High, Flanagan, McArthur — run prom season from late April through late May, and every school in the region is booking party buses at the same time. That window is the single tightest supply period of the year for group transportation in South Florida. Waiting until March to start looking is already cutting it close; waiting until April for a May prom date means higher pricing and genuinely limited vehicle availability.
For prom: the time to book is now, or as close to it as you can manage. A popular 25–30 passenger party bus for a Friday prom night in May can go from available to completely booked in a matter of weeks once the spring season kicks in. Homecoming in October has more breathing room, but the same rule applies: the widest bus selection and the strongest rates go to groups that book earliest.
Use the quick form or call 754-667-4077 to check what's left for your date. Visit the Pembroke Pines prom bus page for more details.

Davie School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Davie's school-age population is spread across both Broward County Public Schools campuses and Nova Southeastern University's K–12 programs, and field trip destinations in the region run from Everglades Holiday Park (21940 Griffin Rd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33332) — just a few miles west on Griffin Road — to Zoo Miami (12400 SW 152nd St, Miami, FL 33177), a roughly 35-mile drive south on the Turnpike. Everglades Holiday Park is a popular choice for Davie-area schools given the short drive; the main access is via Griffin Road west of I-75, and buses stage in the main lot off Griffin.
A Davie school charter bus with onboard A/C, overhead storage for bags and lunchboxes, and TV screens for the drive keeps the trip comfortable in South Florida heat. For longer runs, buses with onboard restrooms are available through the network. ADA-accessible vehicles are also available — mention it when you fill out the form or call 754-667-4077 so the right vehicle comes back in your quote.

Davie Sporting Event Transportation
Hard Rock Stadium (1 Hard Rock Stadium Way, Miami Gardens, FL 33056) is the biggest sports draw for Davie-area fans — about 20 miles south on the Turnpike, but those last few miles on NW 199th Street and NW 27th Avenue clog badly on Dolphins game days and during Miami Open tennis in March or Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend in May. Post-event rideshare pickup is in remote Lot 44 at Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex, a 25-minute walk from the stadium gates — and that walk is just as long on the way back, exhausted, after a late finish.
A Davie charter bus to Hard Rock Stadium handles the approach road, keeps your group together from Davie to the gate, and has a pickup plan in place before the final whistle. For Florida Panthers games or arena events at Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise (14 miles northwest), a minibus is a clean fit — the arena's commercial drop-off loops off Panther Parkway, and post-game traffic on Nob Hill Road backs up significantly without a plan. Call 754-667-4077 to lock in your game-day transportation.
Also see the Hard Rock Stadium bus guide and the Amerant Bank Arena bus guide for venue-specific drop-off details.

Davie Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Davie's sprawl — wide residential streets, ranch-style properties, and reception venues that can sit miles apart from ceremony sites — makes guest shuttles a genuine necessity for weddings, not a luxury add-on. When your ceremony is at a church on Davie Road and your reception is at a venue in Weston or along the Intracoastal in Fort Lauderdale, guests arriving from hotels in Doral, Brickell, or Pembroke Pines need a coordinated transfer or you'll spend the first hour of the reception waiting for stragglers.
A Davie wedding shuttle bus running loops between your hotel block and the ceremony and reception keeps your timeline intact and eliminates the "where do I park?" calls you'd otherwise field all morning. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the right fit for the bridal party on the wedding day itself. Minibuses in the 20–30 passenger range handle guest shuttles efficiently.
Because wedding dates in popular spring and fall windows book the best vehicles first, call 754-667-4077 as soon as your venue date is confirmed.

Davie Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Davie itself sits close to a growing stretch of Broward County craft breweries and South Florida wineries that make for a solid group outing without anyone driving. The craft beer corridor stretching from Davie through Fort Lauderdale includes spots like Funky Buddha Brewery (1201 NE 38th St, Oakland Park, FL 33334) — about 12 miles northeast. A Davie pub crawl also has easy access to Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale for restaurant and bar stops before or after brewery visits.
A Davie winery tour bus rental means the group moves together between every stop, nobody is navigating an unfamiliar part of Broward at night, and there's no parking scramble at each venue. A 15–25 passenger party bus fits most crawl-sized groups. Fill out the form or call 754-667-4077 to compare options for your route and date.

Frequently Asked Questions About Davie Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Pembrokepinespartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Pembrokepinespartybuscompany.com?
Pembrokepinespartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation. It isn't a bus company and doesn't own any vehicles. It connects you to a network of independently owned transportation companies serving Davie and the rest of South Florida so you can compare buses, vehicle types, and pricing in one place.
No account required, no obligation to book, and quotes are free by phone at 754-667-4077 or through the quick online form.
How does Pembrokepinespartybuscompany.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, and pickup and drop-off locations — into the quick form on this site. You'll see vehicle options and pricing from transportation companies serving your area, so you can compare what's available without calling multiple companies separately. If you'd rather talk through the options first, the support team is available every day of the year at 754-667-4077 and can put together a quote based on your specific trip in about a minute.
How much does a party bus cost in Davie?
Davie party bus rental prices vary based on the vehicle size, your date, how long you need the bus, and current demand. As a general planning range: a minibus runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekdays and $200–$275 on weekends; a 25-passenger party bus runs approximately $250–$350 weekday and $275–$375 weekend; a full charter bus comes in around $200–$350 per hour. Per-day options are available too.
Those ranges move with demand — especially during prom season and major events like Tortuga Music Festival. Fill out the form or call 754-667-4077 to get pricing for your specific trip in about a minute.
Is a party bus or a charter bus better for a Davie group trip?
It depends on what the trip is. A party bus — typically 15 to 50 passengers — is built for social events: LED lighting, a sound system, flat-panel TVs, and perimeter seating for a group that wants the experience to start on the vehicle. A charter bus is built for distance and luggage: reclining forward-facing seats, undercarriage storage, onboard restrooms, and capacity up to 56 passengers — the right call for a long drive to Hard Rock Stadium, a cruise terminal transfer to PortMiami, or a school field trip to Zoo Miami.
A minibus splits the difference at 15–35 passengers: more maneuverable on Davie's residential streets and University Drive, solid for wedding guest shuttles or corporate hops to downtown Fort Lauderdale. Call 754-667-4077 if you're unsure — the support team can match the vehicle to your itinerary.
Can I book a one-way bus trip from Davie to the airport?
Yes. One-way transfers are available through the network — FLL is the closest airport at about 8 miles northeast, and MIA is roughly 30 miles south. One-way airport transfers typically run at a flat rate rather than an hourly rate.
The exact pricing depends on the vehicle size and the specific pickup and drop-off addresses. Call 754-667-4077 or use the online form and specify that it's a one-way airport transfer; the support team will pull rate options for your vehicle size and travel date.
What events in Davie and Broward County book buses the fastest?
Prom season (late April through late May) is the tightest window of the year — every high school in Broward County is booking simultaneously and the best vehicles go months in advance. Tortuga Music Festival in April draws a huge Fort Lauderdale Beach crowd and spikes regional transportation demand. Dolphins home games at Hard Rock Stadium — especially prime-time games and playoff matchups — sell out available buses quickly.
Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix weekend in May and the Miami Open in March also create regional demand spikes that reach into Broward. Book as early as your date is confirmed for any of these windows.
Do buses from this network serve locations outside of Davie?
Yes. The network covers all of Broward County and extends into Miami-Dade and Palm Beach County. Trips that start in Davie can go to Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Kaseya Center in downtown Miami, PortMiami, the Boca Raton area, or anywhere else in South Florida.
Multi-stop itineraries and full-day packages are available. If your trip crosses county lines or involves multiple pickups, the support team at 754-667-4077 can build a custom package around your route.
How far in advance should I book?
For most trips — a birthday night out, a corporate shuttle, a wedding guest transfer — two to four weeks of lead time gives you solid vehicle selection. For events that spike regional demand (prom, Tortuga, Dolphins playoff runs, Formula 1 weekend), book three to six months out if you want the best pricing and the vehicle you actually want. The later you wait during peak windows, the fewer options survive at reasonable rates.
The quick form and phone line at 754-667-4077 are available any time — booking early costs nothing extra and saves real money later.
Popular Davie Party Bus Destinations
Davie's location in southwest Broward puts your group within easy reach of major sports venues, casino entertainment, natural parks, and the best of Fort Lauderdale's nightlife. Here are the destinations Davie-area groups book buses to most often — with the logistics details that actually matter for planning.

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood
Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood (1 Seminole Way, Hollywood, FL 33314) is about 7 miles east of central Davie on I-595, and it's one of the most common group destinations in all of Broward County — casino nights, concerts at Hard Rock Live, poolside events at Bora Bora Beach Club, and late-night dining at the Council Oak. The campus is large enough that drop-off points vary: Hard Rock Live uses a dedicated entrance off Seminole Way, the casino tower has a main porte-cochère on the west side, and the hotel towers have separate valet lanes. Parking in the structure is validated for guests but fills completely on weekend nights, and Uber/Lyft pickup after midnight on a Saturday can mean a 20–30 minute wait in the rideshare queue.
A charter bus or party bus drops your group at the right entrance and picks everyone up at a pre-arranged time.
Address: 1 Seminole Way, Hollywood, FL 33314 | Phone: (954) 327-7625

Hard Rock Stadium
Hard Rock Stadium (1 Hard Rock Stadium Way, Miami Gardens, FL 33056) is roughly 20 miles south of Davie via the Florida Turnpike — manageable on a regular day, completely different on a Dolphins game Sunday or Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend in May. NW 199th Street and NW 27th Avenue back up for miles before kickoff, and post-game rideshare pickup is in Lot 44 at Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex, a 25-minute walk from the gates. The HRS Express complimentary shuttle runs from Lot 70 and Lot 95, but you're still in the same traffic with everyone else.
A Davie charter bus to Hard Rock Stadium drops your group at the stadium approach, keeps the pregame energy going on board, and has a return window coordinated before you leave. Check the Hard Rock Stadium parking page before your visit for current lot assignments and road closure schedules, and read the full Hard Rock Stadium bus guide for drop-off specifics.
Address: 1 Hard Rock Stadium Way, Miami Gardens, FL 33056 | Phone: (305) 943-8000

Amerant Bank Arena
Amerant Bank Arena (One Panther Pkwy, Sunrise, FL 33323) is the home of the Florida Panthers and the primary arena venue for Broward County concerts — about 14 miles northwest of Davie along I-595 to Nob Hill Road. The arena sits in a suburban office park layout, which sounds easy until you realize that every exit funnels through the same two or three roads after an event. Panther Parkway heading east toward University Drive backs up for 30–40 minutes on sold-out nights.
Pre-paid parking fills the closest lots (Lot A and Lot B directly adjacent to the arena) well before puck drop on big games. A Davie charter bus or minibus to Amerant Bank Arena bypasses the post-game parking exit entirely — see the Amerant Bank Arena bus guide for current commercial drop-off details.
Address: One Panther Pkwy, Sunrise, FL 33323 | Phone: (954) 835-7000

Everglades Holiday Park
Everglades Holiday Park (21940 Griffin Rd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33332) sits just a few miles west of Davie along Griffin Road — one of the closest authentic Everglades access points to any Broward suburb. The park hosts airboat tours, wildlife exhibits, and group excursions that draw school groups, family reunions, and corporate team-building outings from across South Broward. The entrance is off Griffin Road west of I-75, and the main parking lot accommodates buses.
For school and youth groups, a Davie charter bus with overhead storage is much cleaner than a parent-carpool operation — and with the entrance a straight shot down Griffin Road, the drive is short enough that you're not burning half the day in transit. Call 754-667-4077 to check availability for school group and family outing dates.
Address: 21940 Griffin Rd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33332 | Phone: (954) 434-8111

Topeekeegee Yugnee (TY) Park
Topeekeegee Yugnee Park — TY Park — (3300 N Park Rd, Hollywood, FL 33021) is the largest park in Hollywood, about 8 miles east of Davie, and it's a frequent site for family reunions, community events, and group outings in South Broward. The park has over 138 acres with picnic pavilions, a water park (Castaway Island), and recreational fields that regularly host large group events pulling guests from Davie, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, and Weston simultaneously. Parking inside the park is ample for standard vehicles, but coordinating a dozen cars from different starting points into a single destination and back out again after a full afternoon is where the logistics fall apart.
A minibus or party bus running pickups from a single meeting point — a hotel, a neighborhood entrance, a parking structure — gets the whole group to TY Park and home without the caravan math.
Address: 3300 N Park Rd, Hollywood, FL 33021 | Phone: (954) 357-8811

Las Olas Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale
Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale is about 12 miles northeast of Davie and functions as the region's most concentrated stretch of restaurants, cocktail bars, and galleries — a natural terminus for bachelorette nights, birthday dinners, and post-event celebrations coming out of Davie. The challenge with Las Olas for groups is that street parking on the Boulevard itself is extremely limited on weekend evenings, the surrounding garage options fill by 8 p.m., and rideshare demand spikes after 10 p.m. when multiple venues let out at once. A party bus or minibus drops your group at the Las Olas end nearest your first reservation and picks everyone up at a set time instead of letting the night fracture into separate rideshares heading back to Davie at different hours.
Address: Las Olas Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301
